Delaney Road: Battle Creek Bridge Replacement
Marion County has secured a grant from Salem-Keizer Area Transportation Study (SKATS) to replace this bridge. The new structure will meet current AASHTO and ODOT standards for load capacity, deck width, barrier and approach rail. The new roadway alignment will be designed to AASHTO standards for alignment and grade, and the Delaney Road intersection with Battle Creek Road will be made perpendicular, giving Delaney the clear through movement.
Total Project Cost including engineering: $7,900,000.00
Federal Funds: $7,088,669.50
County Funds: $811,330.50
